Shipping Method & Delivery Fees:
Home delivery is free on orders over ₪249. Orders below ₪249 are charged ₪30 per order.

Delivery Times:
Orders are delivered within up to 3 business days, not including the order date itself and subject to courier approval. Deliveries to moshavim, kibbutzim, and remote areas may take 5 to 8 business days. Business days are Sunday through Thursday and do not include the order date, weekends, holiday eves, or holidays. During promotional periods, including but not limited to end-of-season sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Singles' Day, orders may take up to 7 business days, not including the order date itself.

General Notes:
Fridays, holiday eves, intermediate holiday days, and official days off are not considered business days. Delivery times are subject to the shipping policy of the courier company, which is an external service provider and is responsible for distribution. All orders are subject to the site Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The delivery timelines in this policy apply during routine periods. Delays may occur due to security conditions, lockdowns, pandemics, or events outside the control of the company and/or the courier company.

Exchanges:
Received your order and want to exchange an item? No problem. Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. Your first courier exchange is free. Each additional exchange costs ₪30. You can also exchange items in one of our stores within 14 business days of receiving them. Sale items and swimwear ordered through the site can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returns:
Changed your mind? You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Items can be returned independently to Brenner 18 or Allenby 77, Tel Aviv, or collected by courier through us for ₪30.

How will I receive my refund for returned items?
- Monetary refund: refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Store credit for a future purchase: if you choose store credit instead of a refund, the pickup courier will be free of charge.
